1. Scope

This policy explains how KALADEV DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use OptimizeGLB.com (the "Service").

2. Model files stay local

Model files selected for compression are processed on your device in the browser. They are not uploaded to OptimizeGLB, Google Analytics, or Featurebase as part of the compression workflow. The browser may temporarily hold selected files in memory or local browser storage while you move between the upload and compression screens.

We do not intentionally send model contents, model filenames, or local file paths through analytics events. If you contact us, your message, optional contact details, page context, and any screenshot or attachment you choose are sent to Featurebase so the conversation can be reviewed and answered. Model files are never attached automatically.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand use of the website and product. Its default measurement can include pages viewed, interaction events, session information, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google Analytics may use a first-party cookie or similar identifier to distinguish visits.

4. Feedback and contact messages

Feedback is handled through Featurebase. If you choose to submit feedback, the text, optional email address, page URL, and any screenshot or attachment you choose are sent to Featurebase so the report can be reviewed and answered. OptimizeGLB does not automatically attach your model files. Avoid including confidential material that is not needed to explain the issue.

5. How information is used

We use website measurement to understand product usage and reliability. We use feedback and contact details to investigate reports, improve the Service, and reply when contact information is provided. Feedback and support conversations are processed by Featurebase under its own privacy policy. Other linked services may also have their own privacy practices.

6. Browser storage and cookies

OptimizeGLB may use local browser storage for interface preferences, local workflow state, and temporary file handoff between product screens. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies. You can delete or block browser storage and cookies through your browser settings, although clearing local storage may remove local product state.

7. Providers, retention, and transfers

Google and Featurebase process the information described above on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Their systems may process data outside your country. Retention is governed by our configured provider settings, operational needs, and applicable law; exact periods can differ by data type and provider.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. You may also choose not to submit feedback, omit an optional email address, or control analytics cookies through your browser. Contact us to make a privacy request.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
